We helped secure planning permission for the partial change of use of a property on a sensitive conservation area site, next to a church and houses, to a bed and breakfast. Issues regarding access, use, flood risk and amenity were overcome, with the application being approved unanimously.

Renovation of mews house

Permission has been secured for alterations and renovation of a mews house in Westminster, close to Dorset Square. Work was undertaken in liaison with the architect and Statements submitted to the Council to outline the case for permission, with consent granted within 6 weeks.
